After the surrender to the U.S. Supreme Court appeal, the twins have a new Winkelvoss appeal against Facebook, but the District Court of Massachusetts.
"They ask whether intentionally or inadvertently suppressed evidence" has during the negotiations to reach agreement by conciliation with Zuckerberg 65 million dollars, reached in 2008. The twins were due in 2004 claiming that Zuckerberg had stolen their idea of Facebook, when they were at Harvard.
